Monday: 8:00 – 5:00

Tuesday: 8:00 – 4:00

Wednesday: 8:00 – 5:00

Thursday: 8:00 – 4:00

Friday: 8:30 – 11:30

We urge patients to call us as soon as they are able to so that we are can schedule them during a time that fits their schedule.

Please be aware, our pre-recorded answering service begins taking calls at 4:30PM Monday through Thursday, 1PM on Friday, and all day on Saturday and Sunday.

Directions and Parking: 

Enter GBMC from the Charles Street entrance and bear right, past La Petite Academy. Follow the signs for Physicians Pavilion East. The road will dead-end at Iris Parking Garage (purple). The building adjacent to the parking garage is Physicians Pavilion East, and our office is on the second floor, immediately in front of the elevators.

Valet parking is available until 4PM at the Sherwood entrance to the hospital – on the left, just before reaching Iris Parking Garage.

We welcome any questions related to billing, insurance, appointments, referrals, and prescription renewals through our online care center, which can be accessed through your patient portal account. We work very hard to answer your request within 72 hrs. Any patients with questions or concerns of an urgent matter are encouraged to call our office as soon as possible.

Insurance and billing:

Please refer to our office policies on our online care center for details regarding co-pays, as well as other fees and payments. We ask that you have your current insurance information ready when scheduling an appointment. Please be prepared to inform our receptionist of any changes since your last visit. We require a valid insurance card be presented at the time of your appointment.
